All Yoeleo products go through fully tests and strict quality control before shipping out. If you’re not satisfied with our products, you can return it to claim a replacement or refund with the following limitations:
Please contact Revolution Wheels via our contact page in advance for any claims for returns. Returns without advanced notification will not be accepted.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase to discuss your claim for a return and refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns postage at this time and it is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Shipping cost will be borne by the customer and must be appropriate in terms of weight and value.
Refund will be processed after the returned items received in original condition and packaging and all items are present.
Wheelsets must not show signs of fitting, including to axle mounting points. Including fitting of rotors or marks from brake pads to brake tracks, signs of fitment of tyres in any shape or form.
If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately with photographs clearly showing the circumstance so that we can promptly process for your return or replacement.
